Osarumwense Ogundigie Adun

Osa Adunis a New Orleans native and a dedicated advocate for climate justice, deeply shaped by their experience as a Hurricane Katrina survivor. With a background in mathematics and physics, Osa graduated from Louisiana State University, where they conducted research in quantum mechanics and chemical stochastics.

Over the past six years, Osa has worked in both international and community development, driven by a passion for building resilient, equitable futures in the face of global environmental challenges. Their commitment to this work is rooted not only in scientific understanding but also in spiritual grounding—Osa is a practitioner of Ifá, an earth-centered spiritual tradition that informs and inspires their approach to healing communities and ecosystems alike.

At the intersection of science, spirituality, and justice, Osa brings a unique and powerful perspective to the fight against climate change.

Etieno Essan

I am Etieno Essien, Sustainable agriculture and agribusiness professional with over 8 years of experience working with farmers and producers in food systems.

My career started in Nigeria where I worked with small holder farmers in developing resilient and climate smart agricultural systems as well as market development.

I hold an MBA- Food and Agribusiness management from Audencia Business school, France and FECAP University, Brasil, where I recently concluded my research on the “Perception of carbon credits by Brazilian farmers”.

My focus is on bridging and driving resilient food systems and net-zero farming partnerships between Brazil and Africa.

Teya De Oliveira

My name is Teya De Oliveira and I am both a Brazilian and American citizen! I have 2 bachelors degrees in health sciences and in Latin American studies. During undergrad, I did a research thesis on systemic inequalities for Afro Brazilians focusing on the ways Afro Brazilians are denied upward mobility in life historically and how it’s contextualized our understanding of current socio-political dynamics. I have my masters in biomedical sciences and I am currently in my gap years working in sustainability before pursuing medical school!

Mark T. Williams

I specialize in providing Experiences, Solutions, Research, and Curricula that empower arts, education, cultural, and health systems with impactful storytelling, engagement, and learning tools.

Experiences: I design immersive cultural exhibitions, such as the Birth of A'DOE'A series and collaborations with the Black Americana Fest, celebrating Black identity and history through interactive storytelling, art installations, and community-centered programming.

Solutions: I develop creative career readiness workshops and digital literacy programs, like the paid student internships in photography and media production at Young Audiences Charter High School, preparing the next generation of creative professionals.

Research: My expertise includes audience research for museums and cultural spaces, such as evaluating visitor engagement strategies and analyzing the effectiveness of digital tools to make exhibits more inclusive and educational.

Curriculums: I create high school digital literacy and media curriculums focused on empowering students with critical skills in media production, digital storytelling, and content creation, helping them navigate the modern creative economy while fostering cultural awareness.
